SUMMARY:SCSFMA Winter Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Winter Meeting 2025 \nOur 2025 SCSFMA President Mark Elingburg will host our meeting at SSC Services for Education located at 7297 Peppermill Parkway\, North Charleston\, SC. \nWe have a great lineup of education beginning with Mr. Mark Elingburg presenting\, “Contractors Perspective of Field Management”.  This will be a first segment of a member/presenter session that tells the story of one of us……Sports Field Managers. \nMr. Brad Fowler of the Clemson Extension of Horry and Georgetown counties will present\, “Reading the Label & Proper PPE for Applying Pesticides”.  (Approved 1 SC Core Credit) \nAfter lunch Brad and Mark will have a very hands-on education session for “Sprayer and Spreader Calibration”.  (Approved 1 SC Core Credit) \nCome prepared to operate a sprayer/spreader\, measure time and distance versus volume of materials.  Handouts will be provided for you take back to your facilities to calibrate your own equipment. \nPlease RSVP to Mr. Brian Dossett or Bruce Suddeth by March 21st so we can provide lunch accurately.
